I restock full custom doll slots once a month, I post updates on my instagram story karas.customs and a countdown on when they are reopening. If I am delaying them or have a set date, I'll post on my story or in captions for recent doll posts.

Once they are placed I'll let you know if I have the materials or if I need to order them. After they arrive I will update you and then it takes 1-2 weeks to complete the doll. Overall ranging 2-3 weeks.

All sales are final sale, returns are not accepted. If your doll is damaged while in your care and you'd like it repaired, contact me and we can discuss the damage and cost.

Products are handmade in Madison, WI. Then shipped with USPS, if you prefer a different method for custom orders, just let me know.
